Travel Information

Information and links to bus companies can be found on the Fiji Airport website here.  Buses run frequently from the airport. It's about 2 hours to the Warwick Hotel.

Accommodation Options

Note: All hotels in Fiji cater for family holidays and tend to be large, shared rooms.

The Warwick Hotel is providing conference delegates the following special rate (note that this rate can include 3 days prior to and after the conference if you wish to stay on in Fiji):

Discounted Conference Rate at the Warwick Hotel

• FJ$265 per night for a twin (fits two adults and two children under 12)
• FJ$365 per night for up to three adults

All dates before the 5th of December and after the 15th of December at the Warwick Hotel will be charged normal rates.

The Hideaway Resort

The Hideaway Hotel is charging conference delegates FJ$160 per night for a Frangipani or Oceanview room. Use the password PESACONFERENCE to access the special deal which has now been extended until mid-September.

Other backpacker accommodation will be available and we will let people know prices soon.

We will arrange a mini bus to pick up and drop off delegates from local hotels to the conference venue at the Warwick Hotel.
