To Renew your PESA Membership first of all login at the top right of this page with your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password click here. Then visit your Membership Dashboard and look for the 'Renew Membership' Icon (circled in red below).
I see no Renew Membership button only a Cancel Membership button.
This means that your membership is set to Automatic Renewing. This can be confirmed by clicking Membership Information in your Membership Dashboard (next to the membership title that appears it will display either Automatic or Manual Billing). PESA has decided to phase out the Automatic Renewing option. The best way to renew is to wait until your current membership fully expires (you will receive an automated email when it does) and then when you log in the Renew Membership button will appear as in the screenshot above.
I get an error when I try to cancel my Membership or have some other error.
If your credit card is refused make sure your billing address matches the one correlated with your banking details. If you need your postal address to be different from your billing address use the postal address fields in the Additional Information part of your membership form, either while renewing or at anytime through the 'Additional Information' button in your membership dashboard.

'I want to change my password'
Your Password or email address can be updated in 'My Account Information'
'I want to change my mailing address for my EPAT subscription'
By default your mailing address is the same one used as your 'Billing Information'. If your postal address is different, please fill in the postal address in 'Additional Information'.
